Will Welch

I am Will Welch, and I will be the Associate Principal for the middle school and high school as well as a science teacher for the high school this school year. This will be my ninth year in education; prior to coming to the Bay, I have taught various science courses (primarily physics) and have been an instructional coach. 

I received my Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, my Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Kansas, and I just recently completed my Director of Instruction licensure from the University of Saint Mary's in Minnesota. 

I am ecstatic for the coming school year and am determined to see every student succeed at Williams Bay. Go Bulldogs!
