I began teaching Spanish in Williams Bay in 2003. Previously, I had taught for two years in West Bend, but I have lived most of my life in the Metro Milwaukee area. I received my undergraduate degree from Mount Mary University in 1988, majoring in Spanish, Art, and History. Many years later, I returned to school to get my pre K-12 certification in Spanish/Education. In 2007, I completed my Masters of Arts in Teaching through Aurora University. I enjoy teaching all the different levels of Spanish and serving as the Spanish Club Advisor and the TAG Coordinator for the Middle/High School. I have also worked three times as an AP Reader for the AP Spanish Language Exam. I currently reside in the Town of Richmond with my husband of 35 years, Tom, and an English Setter named Jackson. We have one daughter, Julia, who graduated from UW Madison and now lives and works in Kansas City, Missouri. In my free time, I enjoy reading, drawing, going for walks, and following the Brewers.
